Combating Discrimination
Through all of its initiatives, LieU’topie emphasizes the importance of addressing discrimination at its own scale and within its capacities. This includes tackling inequalities related to gender, sex, religion, ethnicity, and sexual orientation.
This commitment is notably embodied in its internal feminist and intersectional collective, which serves as a space for reflection, awareness-raising, and concrete action.
Actions Undertaken
Queer Stand-Up:
By inviting comedians such as Tahnee, Noam Sinseau, and Lou Trotignon, LieU’topie has shed light—through humor—on issues such as racism, LGBTphobia, and other forms of discrimination.
These artistic events foster awareness while creating inclusive, engaging spaces for dialogue.

LieU’topie Charter / Anti-Discrimination Display
At every event attracting a large audience, LieU’topie is committed to providing a code of conduct, along with visual materials reminding participants of respectful norms in social interactions.
These tools aim to foster a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all.
Pay-What-You-Can Binders for Students
Binders are available at LieU’topie’s grocery space, supplied by BWYA, ranging in sizes from XS to 4XL.
What is a binder?
A binder is a compressive undergarment designed to flatten the chest area. It is primarily used by transmasculine individuals.
What does “pay-what-you-can” mean?
A pay-what-you-can model allows individuals to set their own price. You are invited to choose an amount that you consider fair, taking into account both your financial means and the value of the product.
It also provides an opportunity to support LieU’topie’s initiatives.
